HOME BASIC PLUS is our most popular and best value. Design for homes that need
more care. This plan has everything as Home Basic except we threw in some add-on's to get older homes healthier and safer at the same time keeping costs as
low as possible. Check out all the ADD ON's you get!!!
BASIC - Plan Details
The following details for our HOME BASIC PLUS plan.
Plan includes everything below for a total of 12 months. $365.00 for 1 Year
Required Home Evaluation & Documentation
Part of the initial home tune-up and considered to be Service Visit (1) $ 350.00

SERVICE VISIT'S
Hire a Professional, Reliable Handyman with MMd Home
Service Visit (1) - Required Home Evaluation and Documentation
Service Visit (2) - month 4
Service Visit (3) - month 8
Service Visit (4) - month 12
1 FREE any time Service Call for questions, answers, minor repairs, advise or
just help. This service call is restricted to regular business hours. (allow 72
hours for free service call)As with ALL of our MMd Home Maintenance plans, there
are to parts.
PART 1 - Required Home Evaluation
WHAT WE EVAUATE and DOCUMENT ON SERVICE VISIT (1)
The checklist to the right is exactly what we go through and document on day (1)
which will be referred to as service visit (1)
WHAT WORK WE PERFORM ON SERVICE VISIT (1)
All MMd Base Plans are different, you can also use our MMd Home ADD ON's to
customize your plan that best suits the needs of your home as well as your
budget.
Below is the work we perform on service visit (1) for our HOME BASIC plan.
These ADD ON's come with our HOME BASIC plan.
Flush water heater (water change should be performed annually)
Clean out all Kitchen & Bath p-traps. (located under any sink, tube or other
drain)
Adjust house water pressure (if your pressure is to high it will damage pipes &
water heater)
Check ALL wall plug integrity and movement (tighten and adjust as necessary)
Clean all faucets and shower mechanicals (small screens and water savers)
Clean debris off roof. Also cut back any branches contacting roof)
Remove and clean bathroom fan (if any).
Clean kitchen - stove exhaust fan

PART 2 - Home Basic - Year Round Preventive Maintenance
The Home Basic plan consists of the following

Any minor repairs or adjustments we come across on the service visit (2)

We allot (4) hours for this Service visit. In some cases we will have extra time
for any additional help or question the Home Owner may have.

WHAT WORK WE PERFORM ON SERVICE VISIT (3)
Any minor repairs or adjustments we come across on the service visit (3)

We allot (4) hours for this Service visit. In some cases we will have extra time
for any additional help or question the Home Owner may have.

ALLOW 72 HOURS FOR FINAL REPORT
Report will be mailed or hand delivered to Property address
If continuing on with MMd Year Round Home Maintenance your next visit will be in
3 months from the date of Service Visit (4)
