Who we are and how we do business
 In
most cases "Handyman Services" involve the repair or replacement of an existing
item and/or appliance that is failing or no longer works at all. Most small jobs
can be done without a permit, however, Larger jobs can require additional help
and/or tradesmen and City Permits.. not a problem, MMd Home only uses Qualified
tradesmen who are LICENSED, BONDED and highly skilled at what they do. |

Repair Limitations
All MMd Home Care jobs are 100% Guaranteed
To paraphrase the relative license law/penal code: Any person or legal business
entity who performs work in a construction- related field AND the total value of
the work to be completed (INCLUDING TIME AND MATERIAL) is equal to or exceeds
$500.00, a valid license issued to that individual or entity is required in
order to protect the consumer and the "handyman." |
