It's not about how big your home is. My rates never change.
It
is very difficult to find a Handyman, home repair or Home Maintenance service
with their rates posted. General rates should never change from customer to
customer. The only time our handyman, home repair rates change are for the
following; 1)The customer adds more to the job. 2)During a job that has already
been quoted, we discover something unexpected that we could not have know about
until the job had started. |

HOURLY RATES

General rates during regular business hours |

Handyman Services per hour with a 1 hour minimum. |
example 1: 1 to 60 minutes = $45.00 Total
example 2: 1 to 61 minutes = $90.00 Total |

DAILY RATES - Best Value for several small jobs
|
|
|
General rates during regular business hours
Great for a lot of small jobs (usually 8 to 9 hours) |

|
Large jobs requiring additional worker, add $120.00 for the day |
example 1: Daily 1 worker = $350.00 Total
example 2: Daily 2 workers = $470.00 Total |

SUNDAYS and HOLIDAYS

An additional $25.00 service call fee (applies to Sundays and Holidays ONLY) |
