MMd Home Repair and Handyman Services Punch List Repairs service is primarily geared towards real estate professionals and their home seller clients, giving you the luxury of being able to make one phone call and get all of your “punch list” items resolved quickly and affordably.

Pre-Listing Punch List; have a list of items you think should be done in order to get the house ready to sell? We understand how important it can be, in an effort to sell the house quickly and to get top dollar, that houses need to “move in ready”; we’ll gladly survey the property with you and the seller and go over everything that needs to be completed prior to listing the house, give the seller tips on the items they want to complete on their own and give you estimates for the rest of the items. We’ll also share ideas based on our past experiences.

Pre-Closing Punch List; the buyer has already had their home inspection completed and you have a list of items that the seller has agreed to fix prior to the walk-thru and closing. You could spend hours or days tracking down all the right tradespeople to handle everything OR you can make one phone call to MMd Home Repair and go on about your day! MMd Home Repair can handle virtually all of the items on your punch list “in-house”, but if there happens to be an item or two that require a specialist, we’ll bring in other professional tradespeople that we already have long term relationships with to get the job completed as quickly and affordably as possible.
