MMd Home Care | Home Evaluation Agreement Required Home Evaluation Agreement - This is part of our Year Round Maintenance Agreement. This Home Evaluation is required for and MMd Home Maintenance Plan. This 1 time home evaluation of all your homes working components is required prior to any MMd Home Maintenance Plan.
