MMd Home Repair will send an experienced home repair & improvement professional to your home to perform our exclusive 50- or 75-Point Check-Up (depending on how often you choose for us to come out; 75-Point Check-Ups are for the initial & annual visits; 50-Point Check-Ups are for quarterly & semi-annual visits) that includes such things as changing your HVAC filter, replacing batteries and testing your smoke & CO detectors, lubricating & adjusting doors and windows, and so much more (see below for more details)!

Check-Ups Include…
The MMd Home Repair 50- & 75-Point Check-Ups includes nearly everything in and around your home, such as:
Plumbing; visually inspect all supply and drain lines for damage and leaks; clear drains in bathroom sinks, showers & tubs; inspect toilets for leaks (internal and external) & proper operation; drain sediment from hot water heater; inspect washing machine supply & drain lines; inspect dishwasher supply & drain lines
Electrical; visually inspect breaker box, outlets, switches, extension cords; check operation of GFCI outlets
Foundation / Crawl Space; visually inspect for damage, rotted wood, moisture, mold, proper ventilation
Doors & Windows; inspect operation, structural integrity, security & protection from the elements; lubricate & adjust hinges, locks, etc.
Bathrooms; inspection toilet for proper operation and leaks (internal and external); clean sink, shower & tub drains; clean faucet aerators; check GFCI outlets for proper operation; inspect caulking (sinks, countertops, shower, tub, etc.)
Safety; clean, inspect & replace batteries in all smoke & CO detectors; inspect for proper placement of smoke & CO detectors; inspect fire extinguishers; inspect locks on all windows and doors; clean & inspect clothes dryer vent & ducts
Attic; visually inspect for roof leaks, damage to HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning) ducts, etc.
Misc; clean coils on refrigerator; clean clothes dryer lint trap, vent & duct; replace HVAC filter

Two Plans To Choose From
Depending on your particular needs, MMd Home Repair has two plans for you to choose from:
“Periodic Plan”; on our initial visit we’ll perform our 75-Point Check-Up and then you decide when to has us back out for your next check-up…once a month, every six months (recommended), once annually or whenever you feel the need! You’ll only be charged each time you have us out (see chart below for details). Homeowners that have us come out at least semi-annually will also receive three extra bonuses: Priority Service Scheduling, Service Discounts and Member Only Specials (see below for details)!
“Year ‘Round Plan” (Best Value!); on our initial visit we’ll perform our 75-Point Check-Up; we’ll automatically schedule to come back out quarterly (every three months) and perform our 50-Point Check-Up. On this plan you’ll pay for the initial visit and then be billed a low monthly rate for the remainder of the year (“Easy Monthly Payments“). One huge benefit to the “Year ‘Round Plan” is that with each quarterly check-up you’ll also receive one FREE hour of labor for us to repair whatever little Honey-Do! items you have…this is in addition to receiving Priority Service Scheduling, Service Discounts and Member Only Specials (see below for details).

Additional Free & Discounted Benefits
All homeowners that participate in the MMd Home Repair Healthy Home Check-Up & Maintenance Plan will receive a few extra bonuses:
Priority Service Scheduling; when the need arises that you need our services in the future, all Plan members will receive preferential scheduling (as compared to non-members)
Service Discounts; all Plan members will receive a 25% discount for any other MMd Home Repair services (home repairs, improvements, Honey-Do! items, aging-in-place improvements, consulting / project management, DIY assistance, etc.)
Member Only Specials; from time to time MMd Home Repair will run special promotions (products and/or services) with special pricing strictly for “Members Only”
NOTE: All active & current Year ‘Round Plan members automatically qualify for these bonuses; Periodic Plan members will qualify for these bonus during the six-month period following our last check-up.
